Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

  Quality Inspection

  Pack the products securely in their original box; our courier partner will conduct a brief on-site inspection to ensure the items are unused and undamaged.

  Pickup and Transit

  Once approved, our logistics partner will pick up the package from your doorstep at no additional cost within 2-3 business days.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the product reaches our warehouse and passes a final quality check, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or wallet within 7-10 working days.
